Il Nike+ iPod Sport Kit permette, in tempo reale, di sentire attraverso le cuffie o visualizzare sul display dell' iPod nano i dati relativi alla corsa: tempo, distanza e calorie bruciate. Dopo l'allenamento tutti i dati vengono trasmessi al sito nikeplus.com sincronizzando l'iPod nano al computer. Su nikeplus.com si possono analizzare le performance grazie a un'interfaccia dinamica che rimane salvata sul sito.
