Nell'opuscolo "Child Custody Cases" i TdG insegnano, nel caso di affidamento dei figli nella separazione dei genitori uno TdG e un non-TdG, ebbene i TdG insegnano a indottrinare pesantemente i bambini con un lungo esempio di "come NON devono rispondere" davanti allo psicologo e al giudice. Occorre dissimulare il disprezzo per i non-TdG, l'importanza di partecipare alle feste, ecc. In effetti come dicono i TdG, "mentire ai nemici (=i non TdG) non è bugia ma è una tattica di guerra" (La Torre di Guardia" del 01/06/1960, ingl., p. 352). Pertano la menzogna è tattica intrinseca alla loro falsa predicazione.

Achille Aveta, ex anziano dei TdG, documenta mirabilmente il tentativo dei TdG con Rutherford, secondo presidente, di arruffianarsi Hitler con il libro "Ebrei", violentemente antisemita, con le svastiche nelle "Sale del Regno"... A un certo punto, nel 1933, Hitler, per ultimi mandò via i TdG avendone però apprezzato il tentativo di accordo. Quando si venne a sapere il "fattaccio" la "Società" scaricò il tutto sulle spalle di Paul Balzereit responsabile della filiale tedesca. Solo quando il tentativo di accordo di Rutherford con in nazismo andò a pallino Rutherford diventò "neutrale" condannando i poveri "geovisti" ai campi di concentramento (cfr. il libro: "I Testimoni di Geova e la politica", Achille Aveta-Sergio Pollina, ed dehoniane Roma, 1990). Nel libro troverete tutta la documentazione originale in tedesco nella appendice. Affermava Rutherford nel 1933: "Invece di schierarci contro i principi sostenuti dal governo della Germania (Hitler), noi prendiamo decisamente parte a loro favore, e sottolineiamo che Geova Dio mediante Gesù Cristo farà sì che tali principi giungano alla loro completa realizzazione" (Annuario del 1934 dei Testimoni di Geova, ed inglese, 1933, p.136). Rutherford cerca di accattivarsi Adolf Hitler, cercando un compromesso con il Nazismo, inviandogli una dichiarazione dal titolo "Ebrei": "non riceviamo alcun appoggio dagli ebrei...sono stati gli affaristi Ebrei dell'impero britannico-americano che hanno realizzato e utilizzato l'Alta Finanza come mezzo per sfruttare ed opprimere i popoli di molte nazioni...L'attuale governo della Germania si è schierato contro gli oppositori dell'Alta Finanza e si oppone alla loro perniciosa influenza negli affari politici delle nazioni. Questa è esattamente la nostra posizione...Invece di schierarci contro i principi della Germania, noi prendiamo decisamente parte a loro favore, e sottolineiamo che Geova Dio mediante Gesù Cristo fara sì che tali principi giungano alla loro completa realizzazione" (Annuario del 1934, vers. ing., 1933, pp.134-136). In quel periodo le "Sale del Regno erano addobbate dalle bandiere con la svastica e le melodie erano quelle naziste" (Konrad Franke, conferenza pubblica nel 1976, riportato in A. Aveta-S. Sergio Pollina, I testimoni di Geova e la politica: martiri o opportunisti?, Ed. Devoniane Roma, pp.65-66). Anche le sette dei Mormoni, degli Avventisti del 7° giorno, della Scienza Cristiana e della Nuova Chiesa Apostolica, assieme ai Testimoni di Geova, "sostennero in un modo o nell'altro lo stato nazista" (cfr. Christine Elizabeth King).
