Sorry to all of those whose cheapie requests didn't appear on the list. I actually got quiet a few, and it was difficult to narrow them down, but I eventually made the decission. The four cheapies that get pwned are....
Shishio Makoto (Warner)
A cheapie pwning requested by Ampchu. He requested that I fight the old version of Shishio. I must admit, I was a bit sceptical over him, seeing as how his updated version doesn't really put up much of a fight, but Ampchu sent me this one to try out, AND OH MY LORD I SEE A DIFFERENCE! First off, this one's AI is even cheaper than the updated version's! He dashes around at high speeds and his combos are devestating. He also has a parry, in which he heals himself every time he uses it. He can even use this parry against 1 hit KO's!
Ryuuken (aZCal)
A cheapie pwning requested by EvilSlayerX5. This is another hosted character found at Mugen Infantry. I don't have "Masta" Gambit yet, and I'm not sure if Ryuuken is cheaper, more so praised as much as him, but this bastard deserves it. His AI doesn't activate at the start of the round, but once it does, get ready to face some serious cheaptastic displays. He can counter ALMOST ANY attack you throw at him. His moves are also insanely overpowered. His weakest move knocks off a quarter of Metool's health! His AI teleports constantly and tries to get you into combos as well. Once he catches you off guard, your pretty much dead. On another note, Ryuuken has the most ridiculous SGS move I've ever seen in my life. I won't spoil it here, so watch to see for yourself.
Perfect Storm X (The Disciple X)
Wait, WTF? Didn't Kamek already pwn this guy? I know what your thinking, and yes, Kamek already did, twice actually. I thought since he pwned him twice I should pwn him as well. Anyways, this is the "other" remake of Silent Storm. Cheap piece of crap. Breaks out of hitstun constantly, high damaging combos, and retaliates with counters and supers, even if he doesn't have the power required. Visual presentation is also shitty as well.
Elque (Yuki)
Now here's something that should make a lot of people happy. Cheap AI, overpowered, cheap supers. Abuses his shadow rush move too much. Possesses and abuses infinites to block damage you to death. If you've been paying attention to some of the hints in my videos (especially some of my most recent ones) then you'll know how much of a pain in the ass this guy is. He can also recover his health at a rapid pace using his recovery moon when his health get's low. Thankfully, he doesn't get a chance to use it here.

Evil Ken (reu)- The infamous combo-whore psychic evil shoto fighter with the retarded voice
Nightmare SSJ3(Gulthor)- The worse of his creations, this bastard has all of Gulthor's trademark's, high defense, high HP, and load with instant kills. Whats even sadder is that his AI is stupid he'll actually self destruct himself and he rarely attacks.
Himan Zellode(Gulthor)- Similar to Nightmare but smarter and ummm....more flamboyantly festive with is rainbow colored aura, queer voice, intro where he busts out of his armor, and his ballerina counter.
Sephiroth(Gulthor)- In my opinion the most over-rated Final Fantasy Villian he has Gulthor's trademarks and more. he has more damaging attacks longer range, immune to low attacks, his poison spell turns any of your attack buttons into a suicide button negating your attacks and injuring you, worst of all one his instant kills is unaviodable and undodgeable.

Yoma Komatsu(Baby Bonnie Hood)
She is cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap.
Her supers can take off half your life. Some of them, though. I have a problem beating her with OTW.
SuperMario64(Hanyou)
OH MY GOD!!! I've never seen as broken as this abomination of Mario like this
before(But i do have F1,though). Invincibility frames, a special move that takes 3/4 of your lifebar and strikers off other N64 games(And i'm a fan of Mario too).

Cheap Boss Type(Pneophen):
Ultra-cheap spammer that can do 100% lifebar combo. He teleports and teleports. He spams supers all the time. I hate this guy.
Evil Kung Fu Man(Most_Mysterious)
He's cheap cheap cheap. He has a heat move where he takes life from you and heals himself. One hyper is a Shun Goku Satsu. He is worse than OTW.
Omega Tiger Woods 2k7(The_None):
He still has cheap AI, but he doesn't spam the Crane Arm anymore. He has two new super moves: Gutsman's Ass and David Hasselhoff. He has now voices when the Shrimp Bus and the two mentioned above when they hit.

Most his moves have MegaMan chars in them. He has a Shun Goku Satsu from Meta ToadMan(made by Neon Tiger as well)

This is my first time using the newest version of "Omega". I got this Omega from N64Mario for cracking his code. Omega is quite cheap as most of you already know but I personally love this character for his specials and WRRYYY. I faced a few opponents with him and they weren't enough for this guy. So to make it more of a challenge, I faced two uber cheap characters "Master Geese" and "Cyber Shredder" WITH 2000 health, and me only having 1500. Omega's not a character to tamper with, I don't wanna know the stress it's going to put on me when the times comes to fight him.
Now I present to you "Battle of Cheapies", Where cheap characters duke it out... Odviously. I'll be playing as cheap/regular characters at times to take out other cheap characters. And so now that you understand, let the saga begin!!!
(BTW This is the new Omega Zero, which is a private character for now. N64Mario requested that I shouldn't send him to anyone. So DON'T ask me for him!!!)

Neo Dark Mai (Shadow_Ninja22)
Wow, for a character with only 70 attack and 95 defense, she's incredibly cheap. Cheap AI, has a fan projectile that can't be destoryed and moves very slow. She has invincibility frames in most of her attacks, and when she gets you into a combo she'll usually follow up with an overpowered super move, which makes it as bad as a 1 hit kill move.
